Cereal Byproducts Company is one of the oldest and largest firms of our kind in the United States, trading over 300 different feed and food ingredients both domestically and internationally.
Cereal’s motto is “Yours for Service” and means exactly that. We serve our customers and suppliers with up to the minute market quotes and pricing information, gathering data from major futures grain markets like the Chicago Board of Trade or the Kansas City Board of Trade. Constant monitoring of local and regional cash feed and grain markets from coast to coast allow us to make accurate spot quotes and/or “round the clock” pricing. And we pick up and deliver too!
Our job is to make your job easier. We do that for the customer by providing them with product they need by truck, rail, or barge, all with one quote delivered for ingredients and transportation. And for the supplier, you can rest assure that our transportation network can pick it up at your door as it becomes available.
We handle a complete line of various grains like rice, barley and oats, and grain byproducts like hominy feed, malt sprout pellets, corn gluten meal, and distillers’ grains. We sell salvage waste food products like dried bakery and cereal food fines, waste candy and various dairy powders. We also sell a limited amount of human consumption bulk ingredients, off spec and close date items.
